The beauty of Chinese entertainment with a sense of fragmentation

In the uniformed exquisite aesthetics of the Chinese entertainment industry, “broken sense” became the most moving blank space. It’s not deliberate fragility, but the stories hidden in the folds of the eyes, the afterglow of resonance between the character and temperament. Liu Haocun’s agility hides fragile purity, Zhang Ruonan’s innocence is wrapped in the melancholy of youth, Li Qin’s coldness conceals the scars of fate, the three actresses interpret this aesthetic that makes people’s hearts ache with different postures. Their beauty is never perfect, but because of those unhealed “cracks”, it becomes more authentic and moving.

Zhang Ruonan is a white moonlight who came out of pain literature. In 《Hard to Persuade》, the high ponytail school uniform style makes the sunlight become the background of her melancholic temperament, and when the character goes through hardships, she changes into a layered high-neck sweater, and the lake in her eyes is full of pain of being abandoned. In the ancient-style wedding dress, the bloodstains on her cheeks collide with the tragic expression, turning the joy into tragic tension, like a red plum soaked by the rain, beautiful and fragile.

Li Qin’s sense of fragmentation carries a cool, stubborn resilience. In “Seven Nights of Snow,” the character Xue Ziyue, suffering from a cold, holds a lantern on a snowy night before an ice lake, freezing into a landscape. Her eyes hide the trauma of the entire village being屠. In “Ruyi’s Royal Love in the Palace,” the character Han Xiangjian takes this aura to its extreme. Under the shackles of a political marriage, her aloofness and devotion are all revealed in the glint of her eyes, becoming the perfect epitome of the”Queen of Cool Fragmentation”.

Liu Haocun’s sense of fragility is hidden in her lively contrasts. In *A Small Red Flower for You*, she uses a tearful yet bright gaze to portray the resilience and vulnerability of a girl with a terminal illness. In an interview, she once said“I want my eyes to tell a story”, this unrefined sensitivity makes her laugh like glass, and when she cries, she shatters into starlight, becoming the most unique presence among the new generation.

The sense of fragility in these celebrities has never been deliberately emotional. It is the resonance between the character and their own temperament, the ability to transform pain into beauty, making them the most unforgettable scenery among a crowd of perfect faces.
